1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hostyle.eu and any purchases you make through it. The site is operated by Dimitra Manthou, trading as Hostyle (VAT: EL145363147), Athens, Greece.

By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products

All products displayed on hostyle.eu are designed, printed, and dispatched in-house in Athens, Greece. They are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display reflects the exact colour of the physical product. Minor variations in colour or texture are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Greek law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

We are not responsible for pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will contact you before processing payment.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made.

5. Shipping

We ship to Greece and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our studio in Athens. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns and exchanges

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@hostyle.eu within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or to items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@hostyle.eu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. REMAINS by Hostyle

Items listed under the REMAINS category are refurbished or one-of-a-kind pieces. Each item is described and photographed individually. Due to their unique nature, REMAINS items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

9. Custom orders

Custom orders are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Details, timelines, and pricing for custom orders are agreed in advance by email before production begins.

10. Intellectual property

All content on hostyle.eu — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the property of Dimitra Manthou / Hostyle and is protected by Greek and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from hostyle.eu.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
