Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@hostyle.eu. If your order has not yet entered production, we can make changes or cancel it. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
I made a mistake with my shipping address. What do I do?
Email us immediately at hello@hostyle.eu with the correct address. We can update it as long as the order has not been dispatched.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised notes?
Not at the moment. If you have a specific request, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Check our Size Guide for measurements by fit type. All measurements are taken flat in centimetres. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Do your garments shrink after washing?
Our pieces are printed on high-quality blanks. Follow the care instructions on the label — cold wash, inside out, no tumble drying — and shrinkage will be minimal.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Greece and all EU countries. See our Shipping page for rates and delivery times.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days within Greece and 5–14 business days within the EU.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All orders are sent via ELTA with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
My tracking shows no movement. What should I do?
Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If there is still no movement after 3 business days, contact us at hello@hostyle.eu and we'll look into it.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has tags attached. See our Returns page for the full process.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size you need.
I received a faulty item. What now?
Email us at hello@hostyle.eu within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.
Products
Are your garments ethically produced?
Everything is designed and printed in-house in Athens. We work with quality blanks and keep our production small and intentional.
What is REMAINS by Hostyle?
REMAINS is our monthly drop of refurbished or one-of-a-kind pieces — reworked garments that would otherwise go to waste. Each piece is unique, photographed individually, and sold as-is. REMAINS items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Do you do custom orders?
We do not offer custom orders for private buyers. For wholesale or business enquiries, get in touch at hello@hostyle.eu.
