Where we ship
We currently ship to Greece and all European Union countries. All orders are packed and dispatched from our studio in Athens, Greece.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
During sales, limited drops, or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will communicate any delays by email.

All orders are sent via Hellenic Post (ELTA) with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier workload. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Greece — 2–4 business days after dispatch
- European Union — 5–14 business days after dispatch
Customs and import duties
All shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the EU, any applicable import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@hostyle.eu and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
