Our policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it out.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
How to return
- Email us at hello@hostyle.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@hostyle.eu within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Exceptions — items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
- Custom or personalised orders.
- Items from the REMAINS by Hostyle category, unless faulty. Each REMAINS piece is unique and described individually — please review carefully before purchasing.
